Powers: Shapeshifter. Can morph into different physical forms to adopt different superpowers. Currently adopting its aptly-named Brute form, which possesses the power of super-strength.
Weapon: Brute force. Hence “Brute mode”.
Info: A member of an alien race collectively referred to as the "Overbeings", who are the primary antagonists in "Zero Hour".
Lacking any discernable culture, civilization, technology or personal individuality, the Overbeings are solely defined by their desire to annihilate all super-powered life, and by the clout they use to satisfy this compulsion.

Every Overbeing has the ability to alter its genetic structure at will, and manifest any kind of superpower they require. The number and intensity of the powers an Overbeing can manifest is determined by its class.
The most numerous kind of class, the Alphas, can only use one power at a time. More advanced classes like the Betas, Gammas, or Deltas, can adopt multiple powers simultaneously, but are much less common than Alphas.

Regardless of their type, though, Overbeings do not need to eat, drink, excrete, breathe or sleep. Additionally, Overbeings can both survive in and travel through deep space thanks to their super-powered bodies.
Even one Alpha class Suppressor, the most primitive form of Overbeing, is a force to be reckoned with.

An army of Alphas, which usually numbers in the tens of millions, can tear an entire planet apart.

An army numbering in the hundreds of millions is currently bearing down on Earth.

Time is running out for the human race.
